Production Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure freshness and aromatic intensity. The must undergoes careful fermentation, partly in stainless steel to preserve crisp fruit flavours and partly in French oak barrels to add complexity, texture, and subtle oak nuances. A portion of the wine may also undergo malolactic fermentation to enhance creaminess and roundness. The wine is then aged for several months in French oak barrels to achieve a harmonious integration of flavours.
