CHACRA CINCUENTA Y CINCO '55' PINOT NOIR CHACRA Cincuenta y Cinco '55' Pinot Noir Bodega Chacra 2022
Named after the year (1955) when the vineyard was planted, this wine was aged in used barrels, amphorae and concrete. Rather than jumping from the glass it dances in it, weaving cherry with violets, rose petals and ripe strawberries. On the palate, juicy tannins and assertive acidity give the wine a beguiling tension, with dried rose petals, tobacco and petrichor playing in the background. Organic.

An elegant nose with white peach fruit, citrus zest, and gently floral. The palate shows good weight but more importantly great elegance with lifted tropical fruit and a mineral finsh.
