Chairmans Reserve Rum St Lucian
Chairmans Reserve Finest St Lucia Rum is a blend of double distilled pot still and column still rums. These are aged in once-used Bourbon barrels, and, after blending, it undergoes a further 6 to 9 months in barrel to allow the blend to marry. A favourite with leading West End bartenders, its quality has also earned it the accolade of Best in Class in 2008, 2009 and 2010 at the International Wine and Spirit Competition.
El Dorado 5 Year Old
A rum of supreme quality. El Dorado Special Reserve is the finest 15 years old on the market. In this blend of select aged rums, each of the constituent rums is at least 15 years old. Some are much older. To achieve the superb colour, smooth taste and full fragant aroma, the rums are matured in 45 gallon oak casks in an ideal natural climate for ageing - within six degrees of the equator on the tropical north coast of South America. Great care has been taken with the presentation of El Dorado Special Reserve to complement the quality of this fine premium product.
