Champagne Billecart-Salmon, Brut Rosé, - Half NV

Billecart-Salmon's Brut Rosé is one of the benchmarks of the style; it is a wine that has earned its reputation not through marketing muscle but through consistent, disarming elegance. Made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay, with a small addition of still red wine from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ giving it that signature pale onion-skin blush, this is Champagne that prioritises precision over power. The perlage is impossibly fine, the mousse gentle, and the whole thing feels like it was designed to make you pause mid-conversation. This half-bottle format is ideal for two glasses of something special - an aperitif with real intent, or the kind of thing you open mid-week when the occasion is simply that Tuesday felt long enough.

Chilworth Manor, Classic Cuvée 'The Bishop' 2019

Delivery in April, 2026 SPECIAL OFFER: BUY 12 BOTTLES AND ENJOY A VISIT TO AND TASTING AT CHILWORTH MANOR (DATE TBC) (Can be mixed & matched with Chilworth Manor, Brut Rosé, 2021 ) Chilworth Manor's Classic Cuvée 'The Bishop' is produced from vineyards planted beside the historic Chilworth Manor site in Surrey, a property with over 1,000 years of recorded history. The cuvée is named after Odo, the Bishop of Bayeux and former owner of the Chilworth Manor (having been gifted the estate by his brother William the Conqueror..!) Having undergone a second fermentation in bottle as part of the Classic Method of sparkling wine production, this wine has spent over 60 months on the lees before disgorgement. The result is a structured, dry site-specific English Classic Cuvée with firm acidity, fine mousse and a clear focus on balance and ageing potential.
