Champagne Lanson Le Black Label Brut NV
' ''The Maison's signature cuvee, Le Black Label Brut embodies Lanson style: freshness, fruitiness and vitality.'' Herve Dantan, Winemaker Le Black Label Brut owes its iconic name to Victor Lanson who gave it in 1937, both as a proof of openness to the world and as a tribute to the Royal Court of England which Lanson has been supplying since 1900. The authentic style of Le Black Label Brut is crafted from a rich and diverse palette of wines that highlight the full diversity of Champagne terroir. Their method stays true to the origins of Champagne, conveying a unique and appealing freshness. The meticulous selection of the Crus - including historical cornerstones such as Dizy, Verzenay or Trepail - and the strong presence of reserve wines preserve the constancy of the style across the years. The lengthy ageing process, three times longer than the official requirements of the appellation, allows Le Black Label Brut to combine perfectly both maturity and vitality. Its freshness and elegance will seduce both the sprightly enthusiast and the most seasoned of connoisseurs. Le Black Label Brut perfectly compliments an aperitif, for a precious moment shared with those who matter and for those small pleasures of everyday life. '
Chilworth Manor, Brut Rosé 2021
Est. delivery in April, 2026 SPECIAL OFFER: BUY 12 BOTTLES AND ENJOY A VISIT TO AND TASTING AT CHILWORTH MANOR (DATE TBC) (Can be mixed & matched with Chilworth Manor, Classic Cuvée 'The Bishop', 2019 ) Chilworth Manor's 2021 Brut Rosé is a confident English sparkling wine with poise and personality. Made in the Classic Method from hand-picked, gently pressed Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it has spent three years on its lees, building texture and complexity. The palate is dry, fresh and lively, driven by a steely backbone of acidity that keeps everything precise and energetic. A touch of residual sugar rounds out the edges, creating a harmonious balance and a long, savoury finish. The vineyard itself sits beside Chilworth Manor, a site with more than 1,000 years of history. From Alwyn the Saxon and Odo the Norman to monks, pilgrims, gunpowder manufacturers, Sarah Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough, and Lord & Lady Heald - many have shaped its story over the centuries. Today, that sense of heritage continues in the glass: refined, characterful and distinctly English.
