Champagne Leon Launois was purchased by the Mignon family in 2003, to preseve and continue this historic estate, which once belonged to one of the most historic established families in Le Mesnil Sur Oger, a prestigeous Grand Cru listed village in the Cote des Blancs. Charles Mignon is a small family-owned Champagne House based in Epernay. Since 2003 they have been listed beside the greatest and most prestigious houses of champagne with UMC - the Union of Champagne Houses, pressing home the quality on offer from the excellent range. Owned by Bruno and Laurence Mignon; 5th generation, they run the progressive winery alongside their partners Manon and Guillaume. With family at it's heart, Charles Mignon Champagne is made with passion and dedication, with the wines offered at prices which are accessable to all.
French Bloom, Le Blanc Organic French Bubbly 0% NV
It’s a hard task to impress us and an even harder task to impress us with something that has no alcohol in it; not only has French Bloom done that but it has blown us away. A perfectly balanced (and rather beautiful) bottle that offers you every last drop of flavour and creamy mousse you would expect from a fine bottle of French bubbly. This totally organic Le Blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and elevated with pure Gensac spring water. It is fresh on the nose, lifted with pear; bursting with brightness from tropical notes on the palate, softened fresh white flowers and cool citrus peel. Enjoy with Delicious buttery scallops or any juicy seafood, this is the real deal.
