Production Grapes are harvested from selected premium parcels and gently crushed. Primary fermentation is followed by maturation in 500L French oak puncheons, with 80% new and 20% one-year-old barrels, allowing the wine to undergo malolactic fermentation and develop structure and complexity. Minimal intervention throughout preserves the wine's natural expression. Tasting Notes Vibrant on the nose with black cherry, blueberry and spice notes.
