Vineyards The estate spans 11 hectares in a single stretch, with stony graves and clay soils over limestone. Vines are trained using simple Guyot methods, leaves are meticulously thinned, and grapes are hand-harvested in trays to preserve integrity. Rich cassis and mulberry aromas with cedar and tobacco reveal Cabernet as the backbone, while the mid-palate shows red and black cherry with hints of black pepper from Syrah. Intense fruit flavours are layered with mocha, Christmas cake, sandalwood, and leather, balanced by fresh acidity and firm tannins, finishing clean and dry.
