Château Sénéjac 2022

The wines of Sénéjac are characterised by a deep colour, almost black in their young years. The very expressive nose exhales scents of black fruits and spices. In the mouth, Sénéjac presents a lot of fullness and intensity while remaining suave and civilised thanks to the smoothness of its tannins. The wine of Sénéjac is a charming wine to drink young for its fullness and its fruit, or better still to let age slowly to find the race of its soil. Cases of 6 are presented in their original wooden cases.

Tabali Talud Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Tabalí Talud Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful, finely structured and intensely expressive red wine sourced from the Talud vineyard in the coastal Limarí Valley. Planted on ancient alluvial and limestone‑influenced soils, the vines benefit from cool Pacific breezes and a long growing season that allows the grapes to ripen slowly while retaining remarkable freshness. The result is a Cabernet of depth, purity and precision, combining ripe fruit concentration with a distinctive mineral edge that reflects this unique Chilean terroir. Meet the Producer Viña Tabalí is a pioneering family estate dedicated to showcasing the exceptional diversity of the Limarí Valley. Their Talud and Talinay vineyards, planted on rare limestone and ancient marine soils, have earned international acclaim for producing some of Chile’s most elegant, terroir‑driven wines. With a philosophy centred on sustainability, minimal intervention and meticulous vineyard work, Tabalí crafts wines of clarity, tension and authenticity. Production Grapes are hand‑harvested at optimal ripeness and sorted carefully before fermentation in temperature‑controlled tanks. Extraction is managed gently to build structure without sacrificing finesse. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, where it develops layers of spice, complexity and integration while preserving the purity of the fruit. This thoughtful approach results in a Cabernet Sauvignon that is both powerful and refined, with excellent ageing potential. Tasting Notes Deep ruby in colour, the wine opens with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, graphite and subtle herbal notes. The palate is concentrated and beautifully balanced, offering ripe dark fruit, hints of tobacco and cocoa, and a fine mineral thread. Firm yet polished tannins provide structure, while fresh acidity carries the wine to a long, elegant and persistent finish. Food Match Ideal with grilled steak, roast lamb, venison, hearty stews, mature cheeses or richly flavoured vegetarian di
