Vineyard and Production Predominantly Chenin Blanc and Colombard grapes from selected vineyards in the Western Cape are harvested by hand, softly crushed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. A portion of the wine undergoes spinning cone treatment to gently reduce alcohol while retaining aromatic intensity, before being reintegrated into the final blend to produce a fresh, balanced wine of approximately 11.5% ABV.
