Grown on gravel-rich alluvial soils, the grapes benefit from cool nights and sunny days, enhancing aromatic intensity and freshness. The wine is fermented in stainless steel with minimal lees contact, preserving its zesty character and purity. Meet the producer Citizen Wine is a sustainability-focused label known for its bold, organic wines and cheeky storytelling. The Cluster Flock range celebrates biodiversity and low-intervention winemaking, with a nod to the wild sheep that once roamed the vineyard and “accidentally” reduced yields—resulting in a more concentrated wine. Production Machine-harvested grapes from young vines are fermented in stainless steel tanks. Limited lees work adds subtle texture while maintaining a clean, fruit-forward profile.
