Vineyard and Production The vineyards are nestled on high-altitude plains in Rueda with gravelly soils and excellent drainage, allowing the vines to thrive under intense sunlight and cool nights. This unique terroir imparts crisp acidity, aromatic intensity, and a signature freshness to the wine. Grapes are harvested in the early morning to retain freshness and prevent oxidation, then gently pressed before cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. No oak is used at any stage, allowing the purity of the Verdejo to shine through completely. TerraNoble Reserva Chardonnay 2023
This soft, clean and bright white wine has exceptional Chardonnay aromas with a touch of fatness from the 20% of wine that was barrel fermented. There are notes of tropical fruits together with some citrus aromas such as lime and lemon. Beautifully balanced on the palate, it finishes with a long, fresh yet creamy aftertaste. An excellent partner to fish and seafood but it really shows its class with a risotto.
