Clos de Gat Chardonnay, Judean Hills 2022
Complex Chardonnay with citrus fruit flavours balanced by judicious use of rich, creamy oak and lees ageing. The 14 ha vineyard in the foothills of the Judean mountains takes its name from a pre-Roman wine press found in the grounds.
