Clos Saint Michel, Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2024
A lovely rich and full-bodied white that has a fruity palate and soft texture. This white Châteauneuf-du-Pape is complex with depth of flavour. It comes from an under-appreciated region for white production.
Henschke, Louis Sémillon 2018
Henschke are one of the best producers in South Eastern Australia and their Hill of Grace battles it out with the mighty Penfolds Grange for Australia’s most profound wine (although of varying styles!). Organic and biodynamic, their Sémillon comes from vines in the Eden Valley which date back to the 1960s.
