Cornish Rock Gin
A new addition to the Cornish gin family. Rock gin was inspired, developed and made in North Cornwall while two couples whilst walking their dogs along the beach met. Hand crafted small batches are produced off the still named Bonanza Boy after George and Angie's favourite race horse. Made with Cornish spring water and botanicals. On the nose a strong scent of pink peppercorns can be found, on the palate you get the pink peppercorn bringing lots of lovely chest warming spice and liquorice.
Seven Hills VII Italian Gin
Seven Hills VII Italian Gin was introduced in MMXIV (2014), crafted utilising a blend of seven locally sourced botanicals: juniper, celery, rose hip, artichoke, blood orange, chamomile, and pomegranate. This proudly Italian gin is exquisitely designed for Negroni cocktails.
