Cornish Rock Single Malt Whiskey
The Cornish Rock Single Malt Whiskey is fermented and distilled using pale malt, triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured in ex French red wine barrels for 3 years. It has then been blended with Cornish spring water and bottled by hand.

In 2003, a handshake between 2 local forward thinking independent family owned businesses, led to what is considered today the very first action in the revival of whiskey production in England. Did you know? That Cornwall has the oldest stocks of English Whiskey? Although they did not bring their's to market first they, Hicks and Healey are sitting on the oldest stocks of English Whiskey! This partnership was forged by St Austell Brewery, founded Walter Hicks in 1851 and Healeys which was established in 1980 by David Healey. This is made from the Maris Otter Cornish barley and expertly brewed by St Austell Brewery and then distilled and matured by Healeys. Expect spicy notes, honey and barley amongst hints of cocoa, caramel and delicate fruits that lead to a vanilla finish.
