Corte del Golfo Greco di Tufo DOCG is a refined white wine crafted from the ancient Greco grape variety, cultivated in the volcanic soils of Tufo, Avellino. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before undergoing a gentle pressing. Fermentation and maturation take place on the lees for about one month in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16–18°C, enhancing the wine’s complexity, texture, and aromatic intensity. Production Manually harvested and softly pressed Greco grapes are fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel for approximately one month, allowing the wine to develop freshness, depth, and minerality. The result is a crisp, elegant Chardonnay with bright acidity, gentle fruit expression and a clean, mineral-driven finish. Meet the Producer Kovács Nimród Winery is one of Hungary’s most dynamic modern estates, combining international expertise with a deep respect for local terroir. Based in the historic Eger region, the winery has built a reputation for precise, expressive wines that showcase both indigenous and international grape varieties. Vineyard The grapes are sourced from the Nyilasmár and Nagyfai vineyards near Noszvaj, an area known for its cooler climate and diverse soils.
