The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before undergoing a gentle pressing. Fermentation and maturation take place on the lees for about one month in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16–18°C, enhancing the wine’s complexity, texture, and aromatic intensity. Production Manually harvested and softly pressed Greco grapes are fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel for approximately one month, allowing the wine to develop freshness, depth, and minerality.
