Cotswolds Hedgerow Gin
The Cotswolds is one of the most beautiful areas of the country and this Hedgerow gin is inspired by the laden hedgerows that dot the landscape in the late summer and early autumn. The juices of sloes, damsons, blackberry, plum and elderberry are layered over the award winning Cotswolds Dry Gin and then lightly sweetened to create a gin packed with flavour.
Glendalough Wild Rose Irish Gin
Glendalough Wild Rose Irish Gin began as a deeply personal act of love. Head Distiller Ciaran "Rowdy" Rooney first made it to honour his mother Rose, who had recently passed away, at his little brother's wedding. This was his way to have her there in spirit. Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapour distilled alongside wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery. After distilling, the gin is further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its beautiful natural pink hue. Every single batch carries roses from that garden.
