Creme de Framboises Thym Bernard Loiseau
Bright ruby colour with a fuchsia tint. The nose is distinctly stony, but on the palate the liveliness of the fruit is surprising and refreshing: round and sharp fruitiness, with an almost antiseptic taste from the thyme. Giffard Premium Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur
Liqueur made from a subtle blend of fresh pineapples ripened under the Caribbean sun infusion, reinforced by a candied pineapples infusion, all enhanced by a 7-year-old Caribbean Rum and some spices. Very bright and gold yellow colour. Strong nose with ripened to perfection pineapple buttery notes. Warm notes of flamed pineapple on the palate, plenty of roundness, great aromatic complexity, perfect balance, an exceptional length in mouth.
