Crow's Nest Caribbean Rum
This cask finished premium aged Caribbean rum is made from a blend of rums from Jamaica, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Trinidad. This blend has then been double matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and Bourbon casks which have imparted great attributes to the rum making it full of flavour yet a remarkably smooth treat.
Twin Fin Spiced Golden Rum
Twin Fin Rum comes from Southwestern Distillery who you all know and love (some are a little fanatical) for their Tarquin's range. Born in the Caribbean, and creatively spiced and blended on the wild Cornish coast by Tarquin and the team. This delightful rum is a light golden caramel colour in the glass. The palate is smooth, rich with notes of caramelised banana with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg undertones. Search deeper and you will find a light touch of caramelised fruit, orange, banana and light spices. The finish is smoky-sweet with an enduring hint of fruit. For the rum enthusiast and expert looking for the origin, this rum is a blend from unaged medium to high ester Jamaican Pot Still rum and a light, Column Still rum originating from the Dominican Republic. Perfect in a spiced mojito for a refreshing summer cocktail or with your favourite mixer over plenty of ice.
