Two distinct spirits—peated and unpeated—are matured separately in first-fill American rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak casks, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. These are then expertly married to create a whisky of remarkable depth and elegance. The Draam was first introduced in 2021 and officially named in 2025 to reflect its identity and make it more recognisable on the back bar. It is bottled with natural colour and no chill filtration, preserving its full character and texture.
