DAMASCENE Cabernet Sauvignon Stellenbosch 2021
Scented nose of dark plums, blackberries, cherries, cedar and baking spices. Medium body with fine, firm tannins. Well-balanced and harmonious with a juicy core of cherries mingling with spices and hints of wild herbs. Focused and poised with a precise developing finish. Drink or hold.
MARC HÉBRART Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 1er Cru
Made with Chardonnay planted in the communes of Oiry and Chouilly (10%) and Marueil-sur-Aÿ for the rest, the NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru reveals a pure, delicate bouquet of white fruits, pear, herbs and spices. Medium to full-bodied, tense and pure, it's elegantly juicy and has bright acids and a long, ethereal finish. Based on the 2020 vintage, complemented with 2019 (10%) and 2018 (30%), it was disgorged with six grams per liter of dosage.
