Darling Cellars Black Granite Shiraz 2023 is a fruit-driven, medium-bodied Shiraz with a focus on balance and easy drinkability. Sourced from dry-farmed bush vines in the Darling region, where vines are grown without irrigation and often untrellised, the wine reflects both concentration and freshness from these low-yielding sites. The palate is generous but well balanced, with ripe dark fruit and a soft, rounded structure that makes it very versatile at the table.
