Vineyard & Production Produced by The Wine People, a producer passionate about Italian wine and committed to sustainability and organic practices. After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed in a pneumatic press before the juice is chilled to allow natural sedimentation. After racking, selected yeasts are added and alcoholic fermentation takes place at a constant 18°C in stainless steel tanks for approximately 10 to 15 days, preserving freshness and aromatic intensity. Vegan certified. Best served well-chilled at 8 to 10°C. Tasting Notes A pale golden hue introduces enticing aromas of ripe citrus, tropical fruits, and a subtle hint of wild herbs. The palate is rounded and harmonious, with lively fruit, a soft mouthfeel, and a clean, mineral-driven finish. Perfect Pairings Delicious alongside seafood pasta, grilled courgettes, white meats, and soft cheeses. A wonderfully adaptable wine, ideal for open-air dining or enjoyed on its own, well-chilled. Grape Varieties Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay
