Death's Door Gin

Crafted with a base spirit of wheat from Washington Island and malted barley from Wisconsin, it incorporates a select few botanicals: juniper, coriander, and fennel, and is bottled at a robust 47% ABV. Remarkably, the minimal use of botanicals results in a large, full-bodied flavour profile. Immediately, you are greeted by powerful yet balanced notes of juniper, coriander, and fennel, all seamlessly carried on a clean, creamy spirit. Truly impressive. On the nose, it presents a spicy aroma with prominent juniper berries, coriander hints, and a touch of menthol. On the palate, expect a blend of tangy coriander and juniper, intertwined with soft, sweet spices such as saffron and caraway. The finish is herbal and spiced, quite dry, leaving a lasting impression.
