Del Maguey Mezcal Vida
Vida is an artisanal organic Mezcal from Del Maguey. It's hand crafted and double distilled very slowly in small wood-fired, riverside copper stills to flavour specifications that underscore its versatility in cocktails. Another masterpiece out of San Luis del Rio, it has a nose of fruit aromatics, a hint of honey, vanilla and roast agave; the palate offers ginger, cinnamon, burnt sandalwood, banana and tangerine, with a long, soft finish.
Rooster Rojo Mezcal
Rooster Rojo Mezcal is handcrafted by Lopez Sosa Palenque in San Juan del Rio of Oaxaca, Mexico. The high altitudes of the Oaxacan mountains provide Rooster Rojo's Mezcal with enhanced flavour thanks to the better growth conditions of the agave and the greater fermentation coming from the region's heights. This 100% agave spirit is fermented in open wooden vats covered with agave fibres, distilled in copper pot stills sealed with local clay, and bottled in dark glass bottles to maintain its quality.
