Dom Pérignon, Vintage 2015

Dom Pérignon 2015 earned an impressive 96 points from Vinous’ Antonio Galloni, placing it firmly among Galloni’s top 10 Champagnes of the vintage. No surprise there - this is Dom Pérignon, after all! The 2015 growing season was warm and presented occasional challenges, yet the winemaking team was thrilled with the quality of the harvested Pinot Noir, describing it as " fruity and powerful, ample and structured, altogether full and delicate ." Chardonnay, however, required careful sorting due to variability, but the final wine achieves a signature Dom Pérignon balance with its nearly 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Collectors will find the 2015 vintage particularly intriguing, as it offers a distinct profile within the iconic Dom Pérignon lineup. This release stands as a remarkable addition to the DP portfolio, showcasing both the vintage's character and the house’s timeless finesse. Please note that this Champagne is offered without a gift box.

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne, Blanc de Blancs Brut 2013

Taittinger of course needs little introduction. Their dedication to excellence extends to every aspect of winemaking. From the hand-harvested grapes to the artful blending process and extended ageing in the cellars, each step is a testament to their pursuit of perfection. Taittinger's commitment to crafting exceptional Champagnes has earned them a place among the world's most respected wine producers. “We will never produce a large quantity of Comtes de Champagne because the technical characteristics we require so that this cuvée can be a very great wine are essentially unique in Champagne and very financially demanding. A triumphant blend of force and elegance, the Comtes de Champagne displays an eternal youth that it derives from the greatest Chardonnay of our province. Connoisseurs will appreciate it." Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger
