After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes cold settling before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the delicate floral and stone fruit aromas characteristic of Viognier. A short maturation on fine lees adds roundness and texture to the palate. Tasting Notes Brilliant pale gold in colour.
