Viognier is one of the world's most seductive white grapes all apricot, peach, and honeysuckle and this is a beautifully crafted, food-friendly expression of the variety at a very approachable price. Vineyard & Production Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness during the cool hours of early morning to preserve aromatic freshness. After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes cold settling before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the delicate floral and stone fruit aromas characteristic of Viognier. A short maturation on fine lees adds roundness and texture to the palate. Tasting Notes Brilliant pale gold in colour.
