Domaine Gerard Thomas, Saint-Aubin, Champ Tirant 2023
Created by Hippolyte Thomas, Gérard's grandfather, Domaine Gérard Thomas is situated in Saint-Aubin, a winemakers' village in the south of the Côte de Beaune. This 12-hectare family estate is managed by Gérard Thomas, supported by his two daughters, Anne-Sophie and Isabelle, who represent the 4th generation of winegrowers. The vineyard, mainly planted with Chardonnay varieties, is spread over the municipalities of Saint-Aubin, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet and produces a whole range of great white burgundies.
Santolin Family Reserve Yarra Valley Chardonnay 2023
A lean, elegant Chardonnay with oak shown as a balancing feature only - to enhance the naturally bright fruit characters. This wine is lean with great minerality. It shows many subtle complexities including citrus, melon and hints of toasted hazelnut.
