The 2023 Pouilly-Fumé Classique from Domaine Hubert Brochard is a bright, elegant take on Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Henschke are one of the best producers in South Eastern Australia and their Hill of Grace battles it out with the mighty Penfolds Grange for Australia’s most profound wine (although of varying styles!).
