Edmond Briottet Creme de Cassis
As is the case as regards all of our cremes de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur), for this Dijon Creme de Cassis 15% they use the most prestigious blackcurrant variety: the Noir de Bourgogne variety. The berries the use are harvested exclusively in Burgundy in France. They macerate the berries in a water and alcohol solution for about 10 weeks. Indeed, maceration is the best way to extract all flavours from these berries. Consequently, the alcohol-containing juice thus obtained is called infusion. After that, they add French white sugar to obtain this creme de cassis. Their ancestral know-how means that they produce premium-quality cassis. This enables them to recommend that this product be employed for such diverse uses as cooking, desserts, cocktails and, of course, the ever-popular white wine-blackcurrant liqueur drink.
Giffard Triple Sec Liqueur
Liqueur made from sweet and bitter oranges alcoholates and flavours. Velvety nose, with strong candied orange notes, very pleasant floral bouquet (sweet and bitter oranges). Round and smooth on the palate with an aromatic body dominated by citrus and cinnamon notes in the finish.
