Edmond Briottet Creme De Melon Liqueur
Briottet’s Melon Liqueur is obtained by macerating melons in a mix of water and alcohol for more than two months. The infusion which results from that process has a very herbaceous taste, which we temper with a dash of flavouring.
St Germain Elderflower
St‑Germain Elderflower is a delicate, floral French liqueur crafted from fresh, hand‑picked elderflowers gathered at the height of their bloom. It has a soft, pale gold colour and a naturally fragrant character that feels bright, elegant and gently sweet. The flavour captures the freshness of spring blossoms with a refined balance that makes it a favourite for spritzes, sparkling cocktails and light, aromatic serves. The aroma opens with fragrant elderflower, hints of pear and a touch of citrus. On the palate it is smooth and subtly sweet, offering fresh floral notes supported by soft fruit tones and a clean, uplifting brightness. The finish is light and graceful, leaving a gentle floral sweetness that lingers without ever feeling heavy. It’s a liqueur that brings a touch of effortless French charm to any drink
