Edmond Briottet Fraise de Bois Liqueur
This small red fruit is extremely delicate and should be handled with great care. Picked by the Romans for its therapeutic virtues, wild strawberries spread through Europe during the 17th century. Creme la Fraise des Bois is produced according to the traditional maceration process, followed by a harmonious blend of different varieties which restore its typicity, in an extraordinary powerful and fine flavour. Pure or mixed with white wines, cremant or champagne, it guarantees the very best cocktails. Bright strawberry, cherry red colour, fresh, distinct nose with a touch of herbal spice behind the fruit. Well defined flavour with just a hint of home-made jam.
