Edmond Briottet Liqueur de Poire William
The result of macerating and distilling Williams pears from the Rhone valley, with crystallised sugar being added at the end of the production process, our liqueur has the twin assets of a powerful taste and the softness of the fruit.
Génépi d'Armoises 50cl
Génépi d'Armoises is a traditional Alpine herbal liqueur that traces its heritage back to the first alcohol-based liqueurs of Haute Provence, when mountain dwellers added precious herbs from their peaks to create what was once called "eau divine and admirable". This authentic génépi is crafted from sugar cane syrup, an infusion of dry genepi (Artemisia glacialis and/or Artemisia mutellina), genepi spirit, and a carefully balanced infusion of 63 other mountain herbs. The result is a complex, aromatic liqueur with exceptional depth and the distinctive character of the high Alps. Why You'll Love It This is Alpine tradition in a bottle. Génépi d'Armoises showcases the rare and protected genepi plant, which grows only at high altitudes in the Alps and has been treasured for centuries for its aromatic and digestive properties. The complex composition of 63 herbs creates layers of flavour that go far beyond simple sweetness, offering a sophisticated drinking experience that's both refreshing and contemplative. Originally considered medicinal, génépi remains the perfect digestif after a hearty meal or a warming spirit for cold evenings. Production & Provenance Produced in the tradition of Haute Provence using authentic Alpine methods. The base is made from sugar cane syrup combined with a dry maceration of genepi (Artemisia glacialis and/or Artemisia mutellina), the rare mountain herb that gives this liqueur its name and character. This is reinforced with genepi spirit and a complex infusion of 63 other mountain herbs, creating exceptional aromatic power and depth. Tasting Notes Complex herbal aromas with the distinctive character of genepi - floral, slightly bitter, and intensely aromatic. The palate reveals layers of mountain herbs with sweet, bitter, and floral notes in perfect balance. The finish is long and warming with lingering herbal complexity. Perfect Serve Best enjoyed as a digestif, served straight up at room temperature to appreciate the full aromatic complexit
