Edmond Briottet Liqueur de Vert Hibiscus
Green tea is a tea which oxidises very little during processing of it. It is very popular in China and in Japan, where it has a reputation as having very significant healing properties. As for roselle (Hibiscus sabdariff), its red flowers, when dried and then infused, are used extensively in West Africa in sauces and in jams and notably to make bissap, a red and very sweet drink. Fair Passionfruit Liqueur
As with all Fair products, they are ethically sourced and fairly traded. This has been made with passionfruit from Peru and made in Cognac, France. Clear with a golden touch in presence with aromas of fresh passionfruit and a touch of lychee. The palate is sweet but not syrup like and has fresh, delightful passionfruit notes... to be expected.
