Viticulture The Riserva Primitivo is sourced from 35-50 year-old vines, grown in both alberello (bush vine) and espalier training systems. Harvest takes place in mid-September, with yields averaging 60 quintals per hectare, ensuring concentration and intensity in the grapes. Winemaking Fermentation is temperature-controlled at 25°C and includes a two-week maceration to extract colour, tannin, and flavour.
