Elysium California Black Muscat, Dessert Wine, Quady - Half 2023
Elysium is used to either accompany or replace dessert. It is wonderful with blue cheeses, with desserts containing red fruits (such as Summer Pudding, an English favourite), with vanilla, with dark chocolate, with ice cream desserts, and candlelight.
Margan Semillon, Broke Fordwich, Hunter Valley 2024
Andrew Margan was formerly winemaker at Tyrells before starting his own winery in 1989 along with his wife, Lisa. This is an aromatic Semillon with green herbs and citrus, rich and intense with great flavour and acidity.
