Production The grapes are hand-picked and vinified in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures using selected yeasts. Gentle pumpovers and delicate lees stirring enhance texture and complexity. The wine is fined with bentonite and cold-stabilized before bottling to ensure clarity and stability. Tasting Notes Bright pale yellow in colour with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits.
