Emiliana Adobe Reserva Chardonnay Organic 2025

Adobe Reserva Chardonnay is an unoaked, sun-kissed organic Chardonnay from Chile, bursting with bright citrus and tropical fruit character, perfect for lovers of fresh, expressive white wines. Meet the Producer Emiliana is a leading Chilean producer and pioneer of organic and biodynamic winemaking. Since 1998, the estate has focused on crafting expressive wines with respect for the environment and vineyard workers. Production The grapes are hand-picked and vinified in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures using selected yeasts. Gentle pumpovers and delicate lees stirring enhance texture and complexity. The wine is fined with bentonite and cold-stabilized before bottling to ensure clarity and stability. Tasting Notes Bright pale yellow in colour with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. The palate is rich and generous, showing notes of mango, pineapple, and orange, balanced by fresh acidity. A vibrant, classically varietal Chardonnay with excellent drinkability. Food Match Pairs beautifully with fish and shellfish, creamy or butter-based sauces, seafood pasta, and as an aperitif with cheeses and dried fruits. Grape Varieties Chardonnay 100%

Pique & Mixe Piquepoul-Terret 2024

Vignerons de Florensac Pique & Mixe is a vibrant, characterful white from one of the Mediterranean coast's oldest and most celebrated terroirs. A 50/50 blend of Picpoul and Terret — two indigenous southern French varieties — harvested at night from HVE3-certified vineyards on clay and limestone soils, this is a wine of remarkable freshness, citrus-driven energy, and genuine coastal character. Why You'll Love It Florensac's high-ground vineyards benefit from cooling sea breezes that moderate the summer heat, preserving aromatic purity and natural acidity in the grapes. Vignerons de Florensac's commitment to sustainable practices and night harvesting ensures every bottle captures the best of this exceptional terroir. Picpoul is already a firm favourite for seafood lovers — add Terret to the blend and you get something even more interesting: lively, exotic, and endlessly refreshing. Vineyard & Production Grapes are sourced from HVE3-certified vineyards and harvested at night to preserve flavour, freshness, and aromatic intensity. After full destemming, the grapes undergo a brief 2-hour cold maceration before pneumatic pressing. The must is cooled to 4°C and stabilised on lees for 10 days with CO₂, before fermentation at cool temperatures to retain aromatic freshness and structure. Unoaked. Tasting Notes Pale yellow with brilliant green reflections. Fresh notes of lemon and grapefruit on the nose. The palate is exotic, lively, and vibrant — citrus-driven richness with an elegant, persistent finish that keeps you reaching for another glass. Perfect Pairings A classic match for oysters, shellfish, and seafood platters. Also excellent with grilled sea bass, moules marinière, and light Mediterranean dishes. A brilliant summer aperitif on its own. The Blend Picpoul 50%, Terret 50%
