This wine captures the essence of its terroir, offering bright wild strawberry and cherry notes complemented by subtle earthy and spicy undertones, making it a versatile choice for both casual enjoyment and fine dining. Crafted with careful attention to organic and biodynamic principles, it reflects Emiliana’s commitment to producing wines that are both delicious and environmentally responsible. Meet the Producer Emiliana is one of Chile's leading pioneers in organic and biodynamic winemaking, producing wines that combine purity of fruit with sustainable vineyard practices since 1998. Production The Adobe Reserva range is designed to reflect harmony between the land, vines, and environment. Grapes are pressed at low temperatures to extract colour and aroma without harsh tannins. Fermentation is kept cool with gentle pumpovers, and 10% of the wine is aged for six months in French oak barrels to add complexity and depth. Tasting Notes The nose is earthy with bright wild strawberry aromas, accompanied by hints of juniper and black pepper. The palate is fresh and silky, showing vibrant red cherry fruit and a long, gently spiced finish. Food Match Pairs wonderfully with seared tuna, pink lamb, roasted vegetables, and lighter poultry dishes. Grape Varieties Pinot Noir 100%

The wine offers aromas of wild berries, plum mousse, mulberries and rum pot, complemented by hints of other ripe fruits.
