Viognier is one of the world's most seductive white grapes, and this is a beautifully crafted, food-friendly expression of the variety at a very approachable price. Vineyard & Production Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness from organically certified vineyards. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel at cool temperatures (around 15°C) with selected yeasts, gentle lees stirring, and no pump-overs, preserving the wine's natural aromatic freshness and elegant texture. Fined with bentonite and cold-stabilised before bottling. Tasting Notes Bright and expressive on the nose — honeysuckle and jasmine, with white peach and apricot. A 50/50 blend of Picpoul and Terret — two indigenous southern French varieties — harvested at night from HVE3-certified vineyards on clay and limestone soils, this is a wine of remarkable freshness, citrus-driven energy, and genuine coastal character.
