Engine Gin

Behold, a container resembling a fuel can, but filled with London dry gin—a fascinating "gin can." Crafted using a selection of botanicals from Italy, such as lemon, liquorice, damask rose, and essential oils, it delivers an exquisitely delicate profile, mercifully devoid of any petrol flavours. This unique presentation is bound to attract attention and will be an excellent choice for those who enjoy tinkering in the garage, followed by a revitalising G&T during their break… However, it is advisable to store the gin can indoors to prevent any possible confusion. The taste reveals crisp lemon peel imparting a zesty character which complements floral juniper and a touch of clove. Subtle hints of fennel and dried herbs emerge, finishing with a peppery warmth.

Isle of Bute Island Gin

Inspired by the Isle of Bute itself, Isle of Bute Island Gin was crafted by head distiller Simon Tardivel, who aimed to create a refreshing and tropical expression. His inspiration further extended to a salsa his aunt used to make. The gin features mint and pineapple, complemented by a selection of herbs, resulting in a vibrant and zesty spirit that excels in summery cocktails. It presents a softly tangy pineapple flavour, balanced by spicy notes of juniper and cardamom, as well as leafy coriander and mint, ensuring a well-rounded taste.
