Sourced from low-yielding, carefully selected vines across Stellenbosch, Durbanville, and Perdeberg, this Chenin Blanc is fresh, vibrant, and generously fruited. Aromas and flavours of sun-kissed mango, pineapple glacé, and ripe green pear are complemented by hints of lime. The palate is rounded and textured, with a refreshing lime-soaked acidity shaping a clean, lively finish. Vineyard & Terroir Low-yielding vines from Stellenbosch, Durbanville, and Perdeberg in the Western Cape, chosen for their concentration and balance. Winemaking Grapes are lightly crushed and destemmed, settled overnight, then fermented with partial malolactic conversion. Lees contact for two months enhances texture and freshness. No oak is used to preserve the pure fruit character. Tasting Notes Sun-kissed mango, pineapple glacé, green pear, lime; fresh, rounded, and vibrant with clean acidity. Macon-Villages Chardonnay Reserve Personnelle 2021
This delightful Macon has been made with wines sourced from three different vineyard locations in the village. The wines are aged for two months in stainless steel to full integrate and achieve the personalised wine style of the winemaker, Samantha. Typical Burgundy style with up front fruit on the nose. The palate has buttery shortbread with a slight nuttiness, elegant and showing finesse. Fresh apples with cleansing acidity on the finish. Food Pairing: Grilled or baked fish, chicken wrapped with parma ham or grilled herbaceous mediterranean vegetable dishes.
