Ernie Els Big Easy Chenin Blanc 2023

Sourced from low-yielding, carefully selected vines across Stellenbosch, Durbanville, and Perdeberg, this Chenin Blanc is fresh, vibrant, and generously fruited. Aromas and flavours of sun-kissed mango, pineapple glacé, and ripe green pear are complemented by hints of lime. The palate is rounded and textured, with a refreshing lime-soaked acidity shaping a clean, lively finish. Vineyard & Terroir Low-yielding vines from Stellenbosch, Durbanville, and Perdeberg in the Western Cape, chosen for their concentration and balance. Winemaking Grapes are lightly crushed and destemmed, settled overnight, then fermented with partial malolactic conversion. Lees contact for two months enhances texture and freshness. No oak is used to preserve the pure fruit character. Tasting Notes Sun-kissed mango, pineapple glacé, green pear, lime; fresh, rounded, and vibrant with clean acidity. Food Pairing Ideal with seafood, shellfish, roasted chicken, or fresh summer salads. Grape Variety Chenin Blanc

Saint Clair Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Saint Clair Family Estate was founded by Neal and Judy Ibbotson, pioneers of the Marlborough wine industry. Since planting their first vineyards in 1978 and establishing the estate in 1994, they have cultivated 160 hectares across ten prime Marlborough sites, selected for their unique terroir and capacity to produce premium grapes. The estate follows sustainable viticulture practices and holds Sustainable Wines of New Zealand certification. Saint Clair is internationally acclaimed for its Sauvignon Blanc, consistently producing wines of elegance, purity, and distinctive Marlborough character. Vineyard The grapes for 'Origin' are sourced from select vineyards in the lower Wairau sub-region, regarded as Marlborough’s finest area for Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards are planted on alluvial, silt-rich soils, contributing to vibrant aromatics and structured fruit. Harvesting is carefully timed to ensure maximum flavour maturity and physiological ripeness, preserving the delicate balance of acidity and complexity in the grapes. Winemaking Grapes are pressed immediately after harvest to minimise skin contact and preserve aromatic intensity. Following cold settling, fermentation occurs in 100% stainless steel at cool temperatures using selected yeasts, allowing the wine to retain freshness, clarity, and varietal purity. Only the finest parcels are chosen for the final blend, ensuring depth and complexity. Tasting Notes Herbaceous and crisp, with intense aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit, and green apple complemented by a subtle hint of jalapeño pepper. The palate is rich yet refined, layered with white stone fruit, grapefruit pith, and blackcurrant, culminating in a salty, mineral finish. A vibrant expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with excellent balance and freshness. Grape Variety Sauvignon Blanc 100%
