The palate is rounded and textured, with a refreshing lime-soaked acidity shaping a clean, lively finish. Vineyard & Terroir Low-yielding vines from Stellenbosch, Durbanville, and Perdeberg in the Western Cape, chosen for their concentration and balance. Winemaking Grapes are lightly crushed and destemmed, settled overnight, then fermented with partial malolactic conversion. Lees contact for two months enhances texture and freshness.
