Fair Juniper Gin 50cl
Fair Juniper Gin is made with Juniper berries from a nature reserve in Uzbekistan, sourced by local farmers. All other botanicals are sourced with the principles of Fair Trade. The Juniper and spices and macerated for a week and then it is distilled once in a Stupfler Alembic still.
King Of Soho Variorum Gin
The second gin by King of Soho, this is their Pink Edition or known as Variorum. Lovingly crafted in the heart of London this pink berry edition of the original King of Soho London Dry Gin has notes of strawberry which complement the classic juniper and citrus notes of the original recipe. The Variorum Gin is a smooth and colourful gin. Fresh strawberry and floral chamomile lead on the wave of soft juniper with a suggestion of citrus. The off sweet palate has the fruit bursting at the front before the gentle nod from the vanilla spice producing a luxurious creamy feel.
