LTD Coonawarra Cabernet 2021
Rich and ripe fruit on the nose greet you, with blackberry and cassis developing into a sligth savoury spice. Nutmeg and chocolate aromas from the oak complement the fruit and allow it to shine. The palate is structured with fine tannin and a balanced fruit/oak/spice finish. A slight choc mintiness is perceived on the finish which is a hallmark of Coonawarra.
