FELTON ROAD Pinot Noir Bannockburn 2024
Attractive and ready to drink from release, the 2024 Pinot Noir Bannockburn is pure and unadulterated with aromas of freshly picked blackberries, black cherry and blueberry. The palate is very welcoming, with juicy, succulent fruit and a softness on the mid-palate. The medium-long finish is scented and attractive, with spices, cedar and a sense of line. This is a very pleasurable but classy Pinot from the off.
MOREY SAINT DENIS Blanc Les Crais Domaine Christian Clerget 2021
(from vines planted in 2002 to a mix of 10% pinot beurot and pinot blanc and the other 90% is chardonnay). A fresh, bright and cool nose is comprised by notes of citrus rind, green apple and just sliced fennel. The delicious and nicely vibrant middleweight flavors conclude in a youthfully austere and moderately dry finale that offers fine length if only average depth. To drink young.
